Local Pickup & Market Delivery
For our Texas Cottage items and seasonal produce, we offer convenient pickup locations at our local farmers markets and a monthly delivery window for the Austin area.

How to Order for Pickup:
- Select your items and proceed to checkout.
- Choose the "Local Pickup" option.
- In the order notes, please specify which market location or delivery date you are planning for.
- You will receive a confirmation email with specific booth locations or delivery time windows.
Standard Shipping
For non-perishable items, we ship via [Carrier Name - e.g., USPS/UPS] within the continental United States.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–4 business days.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

- Perishables: Certain live plants or fresh produce may be restricted to "Local Pickup Only" to ensure quality. Please check individual product descriptions.
- Clay Soil Precautions: For customers purchasing live plants for transplanting, please refer to our planting guides regarding soil amendments for heavy clay.
